Starwalt Motorcycle Hearse Company was formed in 2005 because of our awareness
of motorcycle enthusiasts' increasing desire to escort you or your loved ones to a final
resting place via the same transportation you enjoyed during life.
Taking that last ride on a motorcycle hearse is one way to make a final
statement about who we are.
People today are going to great lengths to prepare for their funeral ceremonies, and many are choosing a celebration of life, rather than the more traditional occasion. Regardless of the tone of the ceremony, planning our funeral is the ultimate "say" we have in our lives, whether it is by writing our own eulogy and obituary, selecting songs to be sung at our service or our own casket or cremation urn, choosing our pallbearers, or deciding how to take our final ride to the cemetery.
People ride motorcycles because they enjoy the freedom of the open road.
This is not a theme trailer, or another bike with a side car frame. We have spent a great deal of time in research, design, and modification to make our custom frame worthy of the name "hearse" , but never losing sight of the importance and significance of "motorcycle" . During the planning stages, our goal was to create a professional, custom frame that maintains the sense of freedom of the open road as much as possible, was user-friendly, and would be appropriate for all motorcyclists. Our unique design preserves the motorcycle's appearance, becoming an extension of the bike itself, while maintaining the focus on your loved one's casket or cremation urn during his or her final ride. We ride our motorcycle hearse from our business to the ceremony. We wanted the end product to be sturdy enough to be ridden to wherever it was needed; thus, no trailers. Our motorcycle hearse is designed so that we can ride to the place we are requested, regardless of where that may be. We take our responsibility to your family very seriously, and we never lose sight of the service we are providing you. Our ride to our destination symbolizes the ride you or your loved one would have desired, and once we arrive at our destination, the funeral ceremony and the motorcycle burial procession becomes an extension of that final ride. One final but important feature of our motorcycle hearse: the elevating table. We have served as pallbearers in funeral ceremonies, and we know how difficult it can sometimes be to bend over and lift a casket out of a standard hearse, or even from a motorcycle hearse. That is why we spent a significant amount of time in researching and designing our custom frame with its elevating table, which raises to accept your loved one's casket and lowers for transport, thereby eliminating unnecessary effort. |
